Primary Function

Provides high-level program management oversight by performing and delegating project tasks vital to the conduct of company business.  Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Assists the Program Manager in providing leadership, management, and direction to program management staff and to senior staff implementing program services CONUS and OCONUS (e.g., training services, security services, logistics, etc.)
  • Assists in the planning, development, and administration of a comprehensive administrative and logistics support program to support operational task orders. This includes overseeing and coordinating inventory management, procurement actions, maintenance, repairs, and serviceability of all program equipment.
  • Coordinates the shipment of program equipment and materials with the U.S. Government, and the host country; documenting, as necessary, that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
  • Maintains, in conjunction with existing operations, strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc.
  • Ensures that all travel arrangements for personnel traveling to and from other countries in support of the contract are completed and documented, including but not limited to transport, housing, passport and visa, immunizations, letters of authorization (LOAs), etc.
  • On a short-term basis, and only in the absence of the PM or other PM qualified personnel, may assume the on-site role and responsibilities of the PM in an acting capacity.

Job Requirements

Must possess either:

  • A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of applicable work experience
  1. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support programs. Experience supporting such programs in high threat environments is preferred.
  2. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
  3. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

OR

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable work experience
  1. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support programs. Experience supporting such programs in high threat environments is preferred.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
  3. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

OR

  • An Associate’s degree and ten (10) years of applicable work experience.
  1. A minimum of four (4) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support programs. Experience supporting such programs in high threat environments is preferred.
  2. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
  3. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
  • Experience may be gained in the employ of any national, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services.
  • Must possess demonstrated experience working with a wide range of procurement and logistics issues.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting international administrative and logistical support functions.
  • US citizen
  • PMP certification is not required, but is preferred. 
  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously (personnel, budgets, materials, and time)
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mentoring
  • Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail and foresight
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and possess the criteria to be awarded and maintain the necessary US-issued security clearance
  • Must be willing to deploy OCONUS
  • Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
  • Ability to work in a remote and potentially austere location for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
  • Must be able to function effectively in an office environment
