Primary Function

Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager (OM) in providing leadership, management, direction and execution of task order activities to include the planning and implementation of installation access control, static perimeter security, roving security patrols, intrusion detection system monitoring in support of a US Government Facility.  Serves as the company principal point of contact for the planning, designing and managment of buildings and grounds, as well as managing the associated support personnel. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Assist the Operations Manager (OM) in the daily operational functions
  • Responsible for compound operations and maintenance, including but not limited to:

           a. Space and workplace planning

           b. Budgeting

           c. Lease management

           d. Renovations

           e. Facility planning & design

  • Ensures all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards
  • Responsible for the monitoring the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
  • Assigns and allocates contractor-provided housing and other task order resources
  • Evaluating personnel to ensure that all positions/labor categories associated with facilities and support are filled with qualified personnel and to identify personnel for promotion

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Possession of level three (3) language proficiency in the language(s) of the labor force is preferred

  • Must possess one of the following:
         1. A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of applicable work experience
               a. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
               b. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been supervisory experience
         2. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable work experience
              a. A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
              b. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience
         3. An Associate’s degree and ten (10) years of applicable work experience
              a. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and support services programs and/or facility design and management. Experience performing such work in high threat environments is preferred.
              b. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience

  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of hiring

  • Must have a valid US Passport

  • Must have a current US driver's license

  • Must be able to pass a physical fitness agility test and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the task order

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment

  • If prior US Military, must have an honorable discharge

  • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation and possess the criteria to be awarded and maintain the necessary US-issued security clearance

  • Must be able to pass a medical physical approving candidate for overseas work

  • Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable task order

  • Attend and successfully complete the NPSS training course
  • Qualify with the Glock-19 and M4, re-qualifying as required by the task order
  • Attend and successfully complete the required supervisory training course
