Primary Function

  • Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the Surveillance Detection Program at post as directed.
  • Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Assists in incorporating comprehensive surveillance detection and awareness as essential functions of the integrated security plan.
  • Coordinates the participation, harmonization, and training of post resources (e.g., LGF, GSO drivers, FSN staff, local police, and domestic staff) and the Surveillance Detection (SD) team.
  • Operational planning, deployment, management and support of the SD team - to include daily mission planning, long-term operational analysis and planning, incident reporting and evaluation, SIMAS, training, administrative and logistical support, and budgeting.

Job Requirements

  • US/TCN, as specified by the task order.
  • Level 3 English language proficiency.
  • Level 4 proficiency in either one or more of the following languages (both written and spoken): Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and French.
  • Proficiency must include common dialects.
  • At a minimum, successful completion of secondary school.
  • Must possess a minimum of two (2) years military, law enforcement, or armed commercial security experience
  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Must possess a valid host nation driver’s license
  • Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance/public trust certification as identified in the task order.
