Primary Function

Coordinates and supervises OCONUS training including annual refresher training, roll call training, and any required in-service training performed at the task order place of performance. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Develops lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Observes, evaluates, and assists instructors in maintaining standards and improving instruction
  • Evaluates training for quality control and contract compliance
  • Develops and submits reports to the DT on the above responsibilities
  • Delivers instruction as required

Job Requirements

  • US citizen/TCN/LN as specified in the task order
  • Level three (3) English language proficiency
  • Must possess five (5) years experience as an instructor in a security field
  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years in protective security assignments
    • A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must be under previous USG high threat protection contract
    • The remainder of this experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, local, provincial, or commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of hire
  • Must have a valid US Passport

  • Must have a current US driver's license

  • Must be able to pass a physical fitness agility test and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the task order

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment

  • If prior US Military, must have an honorable discharge

  • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation and possess the criteria to be awarded and maintain the necessary US-issued security clearance

  • Must be able to pass a medical physical approving candidate for overseas work

  • Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable task order

  • Attend and successfully complete the PSS training course
  • Attend and successfully complete the applicable US citizen Guard Force training course
  • Attend and successfully complete the required supervisor training course
  • Attend and successfully complete the BFFOC
  • Qualify and maintain qualification with the Glock-19, M4, M203, M240, M249, and Remington 870 shotgun, re-qualifying as required by the task order
