Primary Function

Provide administrative program support, including assisting with the onboarding of new personnel, processing personnel for deployment, scheduling pre-deployment activities and managing the programs’ administrative policies and procedures. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

  • Support projects; responsible for implementing administrative policies and procedures
  • Directly contribute to the development of program specific policies and procedures
  • Communicates with project manager, administrative and line management personnel to gather or convey relevant information
  • Collects information, prepares routine and special reports, and maintains records in addition to performing normal administrative duties.
  • Coordinate schedules and activities and track progress and results.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ related work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Require strong computer and internet research skills.
  • Ability to operate related office equipment and personal computer software packages; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Must be able to pass a background National Agency Check prior to employment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
  • Ability to travel to offsite office and international project locations as required (approximately 20%)
  • Maintains continuous internal and external contacts essential for good working relationships, exercising resourcefulness and initiative
  • Processes applications for overseas visas and base access
  • Responsibilities include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing briefings and reports, and customer relations
  • Position also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, DOD personnel and third country nationals. 
  • Perform administrative support for new business proposal development through entire review process and submission



Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DELTEK Time and Expense and CostPoint 7 are highly preferable
  • Experience working on U.S. Government and military domestic and international projects
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Strong initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
