Primary Function

Responsible for installation, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field operation networks. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

  • Provide IT/Comms support to the Transition Team
  • Installation, setup and configuration of biometric clock systems
  • Experience with VSAT, Radios and network infrastructure
  • Familiar with cabling, PC/Laptop procurement and maintenance, IT Support and troubleshooting
  • Plans, installs, troubleshoots, and performs maintenance on communications and information technology (IT) systems
  • Establishes workload, work schedules, and maintenance priorities
  • Answer helpdesk calls and emails, provide routine maintenance on all IT related equipment and maintaining inventory and associated paperwork to record all work performed

Job Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Current DoD/DOS Secret Clearance required and ability to maintain required security clearance for duration of this contract
  • Valid US issued passport and current driver's license
  • Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience computer systems, communication systems, communications security, and satellite systems
  • Experience in a plus in: 
    • Server infrastructure
    • Desktop infrastructure
    • Data platform
    • Communications
    • Router and Firewalls
    • Biometrics 
  • Attend and complete all required training
  • Must be willing to travel OCONUS
  • Must be available to work outside the normal schedule when dictated by needs of the company
  • Ability to distinguish color and subtle differences in small objects
  • Ability to work in confined spaces; may require crouching, bending, extending arms at awkward angles, and lifting up to fifty (50) lbs for extended periods or repeatedly
