Primary Function

Perform administrative and research duties in all aspects related to recruiting and staffing. Perform administrative support utilizing business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, etc.  Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with recruiting projects both domestic and international
  • Perform administrative duties as may be assigned by the Director of Recruiting or delegate
  • Ensure Affirmative Action information is captured utilizing available resources
  • Provide accurate data entry of candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist in resume maintenance for work-plan and position compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of outgoing correspondence to include: regret notices, invitations to interview, and responses to questions
  • Proofread, format, and edit deliverables
  • Ensure fair and consistent information and assistance is provided to all candidates and employees

Job Requirements

  • College Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in recruiting or staffing required
  • Ability to use computer systems, Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), database applications, and documentation control systems
  • Previous experience using iCIMS® Applicant Tracking System strongly desired
  • Ability to work outside normal work hours at short notice when dictated by work load
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to act with discretion and maintain employee and applicant confidentiality;
  • Must maintain corporate confidentiality regarding sensitive information and proprietary items
