  • Primary Function

    Responsible for in-country execution of task order. Actively supports and upholds the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Report directly to Company Program Manager and coordinate with the Program Manager on all Task Order issues
    • Provide financial oversight of funds dispersed by the Company on behalf of the US Government
    • Oversee development of technical, managerial, information management, quality assurance/quality control and logistics capacity within host nation and other similar organizations as directed in the Task Order
    • Liaise with government officials of the host nation, US Embassy and international/national IED/UXO Sector community as directed by Company Program Manager
    • Manage Company’s in-country finances, administration, and logistics
    • Manage Company’s in-country project personnel to include international Technical Advisors and local staff
    • Compile and write monthly, weekly and ad hoc reports on project activities, goals and planning

    Job Requirements

    • Associates degree required, Undergraduate degree desirable
    • Education requirements may be met with 2 additional years of specialized experience
    • At least 6 years specialized experience in CWD and/or HMA management
    • Overseas work experience highly desirable, preferably for 2 or more years
    • Knowledge of applicable US DOD and IMAS standards, industry and international best practices
    • Knowledge of host country requirements and culture
    • SECRET clearance required
    • If former military must have received a honorable discharge
    • Must be available to work outside the normal schedule when dictated by needs of the company
    • Ability to work in harsh working conditions, outdoors, and/or in extreme temperatures
    • Must be willing to deploy OCONUS
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
    • Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
    • Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements
