  • Primary Function

    Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to software, hardware, Web/Internet resources, networks and enterprise systems and maintaining, processing and troubleshooting corporate computer applications/operations. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Perform systems analysis techniques and procedures to recommend solutions for technology needs compatible with the Corporate technology architecture and infrastructure and resource constraints
    • Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of computer systems or programs
    • Perform and/or oversee daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
    • Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner during normal and non-business hours
    • Patch and update software/servers as needed
    • Maintenance and support Web/Internet resources
    • Stay current on emerging technologies and the potential effectiveness of these advancements in our current operating system
    • Assist in policy and procedure creation and editing


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
    • Must have at least three (3) to five (5) years of IT systems support
    • IT certifications preferred
    • Willingness and ability to learn advanced IT topics and skill sets
    • Previous IT customer service experience required with a strong background a support focused environment
    • Ability to establish working relationships with customers, other companies, technical staff, managers and peers
    • Solid understanding of Windows infrastructure (AD, DNS, GPO, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of PC and Windows Operating Systems
    • Experience with SharePoint, Mobile technologies, MPE (Manager Printer Environments)
    • Working knowledge of development and administration in SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2013/O365
    • Understanding of SQL Server 2008/2012
    • Understanding of programming with ability to modify existing code (Language C#/.Net)
    • Advanced user level of computer systems, Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), database and documentation control systems
    • Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail
    • Ability to work outside normal work hours, including weekends
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must be able to function effectively in a normal office environment
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
    • Strong initiative
    • Ability to wok under pressure and meet tight deadlines
