  • Primary Function

    Responsible for the successful scheduling, coordination, management, and oversight of security services. To actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Shall interface directly with the U.S. Government supervisory personnel whom shall be designated as the company POC
    • Acts as the direct/first line supervisor for all personnel assigned to the Guardian Angel team.
    • Mentors, trains and manages subordinate security personnel
    • Ensures that all the security personnel are properly trained and equipped to function in their assigned positions and are fully aware of their duties, responsibilities, and rules for the use of force.
    • Ensures proper accountability, maintenance, and repair of property and equipment assigned to security personnel

    Job Requirements

    • Shall be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
    • Must qualify semiannually with all assigned weapons (including safety functions, capabilities, limitations, and maintenance) IAW US Department of the Army Standards
    • Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
    • Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a military officer, warrant officer, senior non-commissioned officer, or senior Law Enforcement official leading personnel in a contested/deployed environment.
    • Must possess an honorable discharge, if applicable.
    • Must be able to coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance services and repairs for all assigned weapons, vehicles and radio.
    • Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
    • Must possess a valid passport and travel/work OCONUS
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
    • Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements, to include an Annual Physical Ability Test
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation at a frequency as required by contract
    • Ability to travel to, and/or work in, an austere, hostile, or remote location
