  • Primary Function

    Responsible for general administrative, security scheduling, and logistics. To actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Assists Shift Supervisor in accounting for all assigned weapons, radio, optics, and other sensitive items
    • Schedules preventative maintenance services and repair requests for all weapons, radios, optics, and other equipment as needed
    • Coordinates with the U.S Government to create an accurate schedule that provides maximum support for missions and validates this schedule with the Force Protection OIC/NCOIC

    Job Requirements

    • Shall be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
    • Must be able to assist the Shift Supervisor in the accountability of all sensitive items
    • Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
    • Must be able to coordinate with the U.S Government to create and provide accurate schedules for personnel
    • Must possess an honorable discharge, if applicable
    • Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer
    • Must possess a valid passport and travel/work OCONUS
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
    • Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements, to include an Annual Physical Ability Test
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation at a frequency as required by contract
    • Ability to travel to, and/or work in, an austere, hostile, or remote location
