  • Primary Function

    Perform administrative project support utilizing business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, etc.  Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Proofread, format, and edit deliverables
    • Write and edit reports
    • Author and maintain databases to answer client deliverables and support the Company
    • Schedule, attend, and provide minutes for Company coordination meetings and briefings
    • Input all Purchase Order Requests for active projects
    • Provide all document control for Janus Programs, to include eDocs management, formatting, editing, and posting to employee portal
    • Compose and distribute correspondence letters to clients
    • Provide administrative support for Standard Operating Procedures  
    • Additional administrative project-specific tasks as requested by Program/Project Manager

    Job Requirements

    • College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
    • Intermediate user level of computer systems, Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Deltek® CostPoint Accounting system, Adobe, database applications, and documentation control systems
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to establish working relationships with customers, other companies, technical staff, managers and peers
    • Must be able to function effectively in a normal office environment
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
    • Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions and react to change with a high degree of attention to detail
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously 
    • Strong initiative
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
