  • Primary Function

    Supports the development and execution of strategic and financial planning for the Company. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated mission and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Responsible for implementing financial policies and procedures
    • Responsible for the reporting of project cost
    • Directly contribute to the development of policies and procedures
    • Establish and maintain logs to track daily cost, such as labor and equipment
    • Responsible for requesting cash disbursements and tracking receipts
    • Prepares and maintains cash logs
    • Assist in tracking of back-up/receipts for client invoicing
    • Prepares reports and maintains contract administrative compliance

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of three (3) years related experience in project controls / finance field.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
    • Ability to travel to offsite office and international project locations when required
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Willing to work in restrictive office environment and accommodation on a rotational basis
    • Willing to work in austere environment where the threat level may at times be considered high
    • Proven financial management skills
    • Ability to research, analyze and complete complex assignments.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of varied commercial contract types.
    • Intermediate user level of computer systems, Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), database applications, and documentation control systems
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge in using basic office equipment to include fax, copier, scanner, and shredder
    • Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work
    • Must be able to function effectively in a normal office environment
    • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously 
    • Strong initiative
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
